CLUB AWARDS

The Keyneton MCC have a number of Club Awards that are given out at the AGM each year.

The Club Champion Award - is awarded to the best performance in closed to club events held during the year and is awarded by the Club Captain.

The Junior Club Champion Award - is awarded to the best performance in closed to club events held during the year and is awarded by the Club Captain.

The Junior Club Day Award - is awarded by the Club Captain.

The Clubperson of the Year Award - is presented every year by the President and is awarded to the member who has worked hard for the Club during the year.

The Dennis Weichert Trophy - is for the most promising novice rider or sidecar team in the Club and was donated to the Club by Life Member and 5 time 24 Hour Trial winner, Dennis Weichert.

The Mike Connors Trophy - is awarded to the outright winner of the Keyneton MCC Reliability Trial. The Trophy was donated to the Club by Mike’s family after his death in 1977.

The Never Say Die Award - Awarded to the Club member who refuses to give up. The Trophy was instigated in 2009 by the Club's original Publicity Officer, David Mahlo.

MSA Life Members - Life Membership is awarded by Motorcycling South Australia Inc (MSA).

The Club of the Year Award - is awarded for outstanding achievement in Motorcycle sport.

The Frank Franklin Trophy - is awarded for an outstanding contribution to SA Motorcycle Sport.

Tristan(left) had a serious accident whilst competing half way through 2009, and it was doubtful if he would ever ride again.

After a remarkable recovery and fit enough to perform at the high level that he has in the 2010 season, Tristan is a much deserved winner for 2010.
